Job Placement

 

Ponte’s job placement service is a direct-to-hire service which best suits most service members transitioning from the military after 4-10 years of service.

We partner with you to identify the skills and talents you’ll bring to an organization. We contact employers on your behalf to find a role which meets your needs.

Our resource library is at your disposal for you to learn and grow as you transition to a great career, and you’re welcome to ask questions in our forum.

Retirement Services

 

Ponte’s services for retirees offers coaching, and employment preparation, with the goal of placing you in a position which meets your post-military career goals.

Our coaching service will start upon acceptance to the Retiree Candidate Cohort (no more than 6 months prior to EAS), and will continue through one year of employment.

This program takes into account the many requirements service members have upon retirement, but will require significant investment of time to conduct homework, interview preparation, and complete the curriculum.

Join a cohort

 

The Veterans at Ponte know transition. You will face challenges you have not yet encountered. Don’t face them alone. Join a cohort of people from all branches and ranks who are transitioning at the same time as you. Together, you can be a sounding board, a shoulder to lean on, and a strength for the future.

Cohorts will have 10-20 members, and will meet monthly to support each other, share resources, and be there when needed most.
